It should be an image file that the majority of DVD burning programs can handle. There are many at your disposal such as Nero or Alcohol 120%. However, ImgBurn is by far one of the better programs to use. Personally I have Alcohol 120% and ImgBurn on my system.

Slowest speeds possible for all burns, and use good quality DVD-R.

u mean download game files or ImgBurn?
U can get .ISO game files from wiiso.com or some torrent sites. For the program just google it.
If u dont know how to burn the file follow this
Open ImgBurn>Press Write Image to Disc>Select the Source(the iso file downloaded) and the speed and press burn. Then ur done

Most Downloads need to be unpacked to .iso which is always one file 4.37 GB in size. Should be burned on Verbatim DVD-R and 2-4X burning speed for better chance to work. I use 4-5 types of DVD-R but only verbatim worked for me.

There are many places to obtain ISO images of games, but you will need to find them yourself, and select the download method that suits your needs. I'm unsure of the Wiihacks policy on the sharing of links and/or instructions to download, so won't go into great depth here.

You should however look into Torrents or NZBs.
