    Unhappy MyHomebreWare, scam?

Hi, new here. I tried to search stuff but couldn't find the answer I needed. Sorry if I'm not doing this correctly.

Yesterday I bought Homebreware from [REMOVED TO AVOID CONFUSION] thinking that it was ok, I read reviews online and everything is ok. Today I find scam news about it and I'm afraid that I did something wrong by buying it.

I tried to install it (got version 4.2e) and it freezes when I'm supposed to press 1 (in step 2)

So I tried to contact myHomebreware about this problem and I've hard nothing back.

Should I ask for refund (if I can get it)?

    Hope someone can help me

    Thanx

if you paid for it, you got scammed.

Read the guides in my sig, there completely free and up-to-date.

I have also removed the link from your thread, just incase anyone gets confused and clicks it

Paying for Softmod = FAIL. Everything for softmod is available for free on this site.

I'm sure they'll be all over that refund, lol. Sorry, chuck. Might as well try.

yea i mean it is one thing to pay someone to do it if you got more money than time. but to pay for a software package through the web that you gotta install yourself anyway.

That stuffs all over the place. Some people just assume you have to buy it. Nice pretty box and all. They really set it up to sound legit.

How did you pay for it? Just file with your credit card or pay pal or with what ever method you paid with. You should be able to get your money back without to much trouble.
