    Put the wad files in the wad folder on your sd card.

    Ok, in my apps folder is the wad manager folder, in that folder is the 2 wad files and the boot.dol on my sd card.

    You're doing it wrong. Please READ CAREFULLY, I'm not going to repeat this again.

    On your SD card you should have an "pp"s folder. Inside you need a folder called WadManager with the boot.dol for wad manager (and maybe icon.png/meta.xml).

    You should have ANOTHER folder on the root of the sd card called "wad" - in there, place any wads you need to install. NOT in the wadmanager folder.
