    cIOScorp uninstaller problems

I am having a problem getting the uninstaller to work.
From what i have been told i have managed to install cIOScorp and been told it's not good to have on, So i found the uninstaller with good guidence through this site only. downloaded it and copied it to my sd card. It says to install it to the root of my card...... I'm sorry but i just thought this ment copy it straight to it and it should just run straight through HB channel but when i go on there it's not on. So then i tried adding it to the apps file again no luck.
Can some one pretty please explain where to put it. What is the root? and maybe what it should look like or the files are on it.
I'm normally pretty good at these things but since thursday i have had problems i need to remove this so that i can revirgin my wii which is now a uk 4.1 E, so i can do the new soft mod again and hopefully without any errors

    Sorry for being thick

Format an SD card as FAT32 on your PC, NOW copy the contents of the cIOSCORP uninstaller folder into the root directory of the SD card.

After you do that you should see in the Root Directory of the SD card the folder Apps. Inside the Apps folder is something referring to the uninstaller. Inside that will be a 3 files, usually-one must be named boot.dol. That is what your HBC will see and use.

SD:/Apps/cIOSUninstaller or something/boot.dol, some meta file, and some png file (these last two are option-just need the boot.dol.
