That doesn't make sense. There are tons of people talking about how to burn games. Isn't NeoGamma specifically used for playing burned games, and isn't there a separate program that is used for playing games off of USB drives?
You can use Negamma R8 B7 to play games you burn to a disc. But it can also load ISO's from other storage devices. ie SD and USB devices. Which version of Neogamma are you using?
You might need to get the homebrew channel and a few other things for that to work though.
This guide will tell you everything you need to know to softmod it so you can play from the SD or USB.

i want to play my games on dvd so i burned them using an iso file
i softmodded like this SoftWii Guide
and i got the 4.1e version now
i got an 4 gb usb stick if that can be used and a 1 gb sd card
