    Emulators as channels?

I installed the SNES one and it made me go to the Homebrew deal channel. I saw where ppl had this as a channel itself...at least the NES one. Is this possible? I'd like to have NES and SNES as channels.

Also I noticed on the SD where I can put my Roms manually into the folder for SNES, pretty straight forward so good there. However I did not see the NES folder for ROMs. Is there a different approach for adding NES roms?

TroyTheZombie's Animated Channel Wads - GBAtemp.net for the emulator channels.

It's the same deal. Maybe the folder was named something you don't recognize. By default it should be something along the lines of 'fceugx'. If it's not there, just add a new folder under that name and inside add folders names 'Saves' & 'Roms'.

    Installation

    * If you are using the Homebrew Channel just copy the apps directory from the archive to the root of your SD card.
    * ROMs & saves files should be stored in fceugx/roms and fceugx/saves on the root of your SD card, USB flash drive, or SMB share. You can copy the fceugx directory from the archive to your support drive.
    * Launch the emulator using your Loader.
As you can see, the roms folder goes in the fceugx folder and the fceugx folder goes on the root.

Thanks much. Great help at this site! Love it!

I think I am good on the SNES roms...got like 800. Where can I find NES rooms? Mike Tysons Punch Out FTW!

Look at thepuprlecube, HERE, at the top of the list in the MISC section. I'm sure you don't want to use the emulator that comes with the roms because it's probably for the GameCube, but there are a lot of roms in that package.
