    Quick Softmod Question

I have read all of the install threads but have not found a solid answer that I am satisfied with. I have a 3.3U wii that I recently softmodded, wii backup launcher, gc backup launcher, sd/loader, homebrew, wad manager all that good shit..I want to upgrade to a 4.1 and have the toolkit for it..I guess the question is can I install the kit like i did the previous softmod without the internet?...or is it easier to get nsmb and let my wii update itself then reinstall anything that's missing? your help is greatly appreciated. (i think i spelled that wrong)

You can just install ios60 patched and then reboot. After that get the correct system 4.1 wad and install it.
Come to the Irc room to get help or just have fun

Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot.

Here are the two guides that are relevant. The first starting from scratch does need an interenet connection, the other requires your HBC to be working and is much simpler.

If you are starting from scratch, new 3.1-4.1 written by Dogeggs

If you already have Homebrew, upgrade to 4.1 written by Dogeggs

Thank you hopefully this will work...for some reason getting this nsmb to work off of disc is one of the most important things in life right now..also real quick...is updating even a good idea? or is it better to wait for an update or patched game?

maybe like oddgriffin says you gotta have goals. If you were on 3.2 I would say stay there, but 3.3 is not the best version to be on these days. But there is always a chance of trouble when modding, so you have to decide.
I think you would be better off on 4.1.
