I should write a guide about how to install and use wiiflow. In a nutshell, you need an sd card. Go to the wiiflow site and download the package there. I recommend the light version:

    WiiFlow USB Loader - Downloads

Extract the three folders to the ROOT of your sd card. In the apps folder, you will probably only need the WiiFlow_249 folder so delete the WiiFlow_222 folder to avoid confusion later on.

Now if you go to the homebrew channel you should be able to see WiiFlow appear there. Click on it and have fun.

the person you got the wii off if you are friendley with him/her get them to make a copy of the sd they used as the files on it will make it easier for you if not i suggest you follow this guide.

    there should be 3 folders:

    apps
    WAD
    wiiflow

copy all 3 to your SD card.

if you already have an apps folder on your sd card, just copy the WiiFlow_249 folder into your apps folder.

The file in the WAD is a forwarder that you can install using WAD Manager, but this is optional. This is how you can launch wiiflow from the main Wii Menu as opposed to having to go into homebrew every time.
