    im also getting this error.
im trying to load a back up of smash brothers brawl on a DL dvd and apparently i need an older cIOS to run it?
ive been through 20 or 30 forums to try and remedy this problem.
and most of the places say its because of the cIOS im running.
    neogamma R8 beta 7, IOS249 rev14
    i apparently need cIOS249 rev13 a or b?
im so confused i just wanna play brawl.
    thanks for help

hey guys, ive just done my first softmod today following dogeggs great 3.1-4.1 tutorial, and i was getting this error on 4.0e so i updated to 4.1e and still got the errors, i was doing my fruit trying to get these games working, originals were still working fine, and the burnt games work a treat on my wii that has a wiikey.
Now the wii i have softmodded is a launch console, being bought christmas 07, so i knew it couldnt have had a D3-2 drive and i was getting pretty miffed that the softmod hadnt installed.
i then tried one of my very first back ups (house of the dead) and it booted no problems, so after checking a few other games i realised for some reason its mario and sonic winter olympics and lego indy 2 that just plain refuse to boot, even through neogamma r8.
ive since been told that some iso's need patching, could someone confirm or deny this please?
