    .rar scrubbed files

Ok, Im getting into actually downlaoding games now. i was wondering...the rar files that are downloaded are actually the scrubbed iso. do I have to unzip the rar file or do I burn them to disc directly and the wii will recognized then as rar?

they take up less in Rar, i saw few games that were compressed to 500mega in rar(shorter download). Wii needs it full size i guess

Yeah, it's basically just to save download (and ofcourse less upload for the person that made it) time, the new mario brothers game is only 250MB rar'd iirc, rather than a 4.7gig download for exactly the same .
