    Empty HBC menu

Hi, i deleted the previous HBC cuz it was upside down, and after i've reinstall it, i discovered that i need to leave the SD card in the slot to see the HBC menu, like priiloader, etc etc, if i take out the SD card, it will just be a blank HBC menu with
no programs.. it is an error or meant to be?

It's meant to be like that. It's a channel that launches homebrew software from SD/USB.
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

Well what I am thinking is unless you install the app to your Wii system memory you will always have to use an SD card to get the programs that you need.
The only Programs that I can run without and SD card is WAD manager 1.5, USB LOADER GX, and my SNES9X emulator. The only reason I can do this is because I have them installed as WADs.
Anyways... If I'm wrong someone will correct me in my errors.
