BootMii install as Boot2 stuck on "Testing usable NAND blocks"

I have a modchip installed and am trying to softmod my Wii using the guide "New 3.1-4.1 Softmod for ANY Wii". When I get to the Install BootMii as Boot2 it gets stuck on "Testing usable NAND blocks". I have a brand new 2GB Sandisk card, which I also reformatted (with the suggested Panasonic tool) and it still gets stuck at the same area.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

    Thanks!

Reformat your SD card as FAT32 from your PC, redownload the softmod pack from the tutorial link and extract the file again using WinRar. Then try again, please. It could be the SD card format or possibly a corrupted file during either the download or the extraction.
