    Usb loader gx problem

    Hi all
    Please help me with this problem.
    I had my we semi bricked a while ago with a pal 3.4 update and thx to this forum i downgrade to 3.2 U!
    The problem is that now i am trying to load usb loader gx via hbc but i keep getting a black screen that freezes my wii and the wii mote starts flashing.
    what should i do? i did not attach my hhd is this the problem ? is this why it wont start?

    can't run cIOS38 r14 installer

    i tried the guide u pointed to me but i can Run cIOS38 r14 installer since it keeps giving me the 1035 error!

    Have you got the WII connected to the internet, it may require downloading some files.
