    Black screen when running apps!

I'm pretty new to this so bare with me. I installed the homebrew channel and browser via the twillight hack. Everything was going fine and then all of a sudden when I try to open anything on the homebrew channel, the wii remote shuts off and the screen goes black. Help of any kind would be appreciated. Thanks

ok then it is possible the data is corrupted. i had an sd card that stopped working i think cause i was using the same one over and over to mod wiis. putting files on, taking files off, into this wii, into the pc, and into another wii. i would try another sd card with a few apps and see what happens

make sure the SD card isn't locked either. Check the side switch on the memory card.
