    Help with 4.2e

I have been trying to get homebrew installed on my wii now for the last 5 days.

I had updated to the latest update which is 4.2e now.

I have followed the guides on the bannerbomb website and on the guides section here, and can not for the life of me get it installed.

I am using a scan disk SD card. Tried a 512mb and 2gb version. Everything is installed in the correct way on the card, and it is formatted in FAT32. When I put the card in the wii though, all I get is a message saying the device on the SD card can not be used.

    Please help. I'm stuck now.

you say you attempted to follow another guide? what was done or installed in that proccess. also the bannerbomb file itself comes in many different versions since the one most commonly able to work doesn't work for everyone. be sure you are following the correct procedure to accessing the files from the tutorial and that it is an sd not sdhc card.

Hi it's an SD card for sure.

I downloaded each version of bannerbomb because it said if one didn't work try the next one.

None of them worked for me, and the method on this site in the tutorial didn't work either.
