    Homebrew Channel after Firmware Update

I never have used the homebrew channel or felt like needed to, but now it seems i have to in order to play NSMB.

I have a hardmodded Wii with D2Pro and never needed a softmod. That's also why i just always updated my Wii and it's now on 3.4 i believe. Can i still put the homebrew channel on it?

well you'll need to softmod if you plan on playing a backup of that game. if you keep your system updated it is doubtfull that it is 3.4 you may want to double check that before proceeing to our guides section.

According to what I have read, you should just get homebrew channel on, install neogamma latest beta, and start it through that.

The modchip should take care of the rest.
