Sounds like you messed it up good.

Why did you think removing IOS files would be a good idea?

So when you start your Wii what happens? What System Menu are you on? Did you install bootmii as boot2?
Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

Take the discs out of your dvd drive, power on you wii. When you power on how many times does the dvd light flash? After that try powering on while holding reset and see if preloader comes up.

again, what happens when you try to power on? What do you see?

Some people just don't get this.

We may be able to help but we are not clairvoyant and only a select few of us can read minds.

So you've hacked 2 Wiis and you don't know yet what you are doing? See I knew these guides are a bad thing, make life too easy, no one has to learn anything these days.

Homebrew would have righted itself if you'd re-install it. The upside down thing is a consequence of using cIOS to run backups and things.

So does your Wii go to the home screen at all? Does it crash when you go into settings with Opera message?

Reading or a search would have told you that the upside down homebrew is an easy fix and nothing to worry about... unlike your situation now. What do you see when the wii is turned on?
