AGHHH! GUYS GUYS GUYS, Im PANICING! HELP ASAP PEASE!

Okay, so the other day I softmodded my WII.
It was working fine.
I went to bed that night, woke up and I got DVD read error 1101 on Neogamma r7 cIOS rev 14, then I downgraded Neogamma to R6 with cIOS36rev10. I got the DVD READ ERROR 972.

So i decided to test a real game. Guitar hero world tour (original disc), and IT DIDNT READ. I then went to the main disc channel and IT WAS NOT ABLE TO READ :(
My DVD drive in the wii makes a click sound and Im not sure if the disc is spinning :(

Ive tried a lot. PLEASE Sombody shed some light on this situation and tell me its not completely broken! PLEASE :(:(:(:(:(:(

Error 1101, is media read error, normally re-copying the disc "normally" solves this problem.

I don't know why you changed Gamma from 7 to 6 but i would restore version 7 / or r8b7 and also restore cIOS 38 rev14 to keep your system up date.

As for Guitar Hero orignal disc not working have you installed / un-installed any other IOS's at all, because this game should still play.

No, I have not uninstalled. EDIT: Sorry, I meant to say no. I have not uninstalled ANY IOSes or cIOSes

The original disc is not working.
And I am not sure about this but I just burned NBA2k10 x2 speed and tried it.
DVD READ ERROR 972.
As I said, my drive is making a "click" sound and the disc doesnt seem to be moving. But I cant see inside, just from what I hear, it doesnt sound normal.
Could softmodding do this?

EDIT: Wii is 4.2e softmodded.

Sorry, seems im a COMPLETE NUB.
I solved the issue, I was putting the disc in the wrong way. LOL

did you have bootmii set as boot2 and made a nand backup if so restore your nand.
if not maybe you could restore your system menu go hear and find the correct system menu make sure its the right region.

just install this with a wad manager via the homebrew channel.
If you have a pal wii the SystemMenu-PAL-v290 would correspond to 3.2e.
When this is done try your softmod again.

ps i have also heard that cioscorp 3.5 uninstaller will restore all the wii's official ios's you can get this hear.
