How do I format my wii or how do I do to play NSMBWii Retail Copy
Like a week ago I made a thread about the same thing. I want to know if there's a way to totally format my wii, I don't wanna mess up with wads and cios.
Or if there's a way to play NSMBWii with a retail copy, not patched, not loaded, I don't have the media to make a disc backup, or load it from an HDD.
I have the original copy, my brother bought it, but we can't play it since my wii's modded.
I would really appreciate the help ; _ ;
I had this same problem a couple days ago.
cIOS revision 14
Simply install all of these with wad manager and try loading New Super Mario Bros in the Neogamma disk loading channel. It should work like a charm
what do u mean u cant play it? i have moded wii and all original discs work fine as before, also i have original nsmb too and it works well too.
I have 3.4u firmware version, and I'm surely a noob in this, the newest game played in my wii was punch out
NSMBWII will work fine with the 3 things you posted?
Have you heard of people getting it running with USB Installer GX as opposed to Neogamma?.

I am a newbie and still not fully understanding where I should be installing wad's too. It appears that most patches get installed to IOS249 (or is it cIOS249 - I think this is the same thing)
nsmb backups dont seem to work well unless used w/ USB loader but he has the original copy so i think u just need the IOS needed, my original copy works normally on 4.1v softmod
