DO NOT follow any guides off of youtube. They lead to fail. Use the guide in my signature to softmod your 4.2 and you will be fine.

PART B: The extermination of the evil stub ios249
is where you are having the problem?

B1) GET THIS PACK(Thanks to Dogeggs, he sure made the trick... this will probably work for anyone) or GET THIS PACK 2 or GET THIS PACK 3 (pick start with the first one, if you get an error pick the next one and follow instructions from B2 and on again. One of this will do the trick without an error. If still nothing, try this)

keep in mind there are 3 packs to try in that step as well as a link to an alternet methodogy if those fail. i have noticed alot of ppl post here that they have failed when they only tried the first pack so i thought i would point that out.

    4100:
Title Identification Error When using DVDs, most likely bad burn or media. As for wads, most likely an incorrectly injected wad (.dol and rom injections).

    Q. I injected the .dol/rom the same way I do all my injections. What am I doing wrong?
    A. You'll need to make sure the account you're using has all permissions. If you're running Vista, you may want to right click on the program and click run as administrator as well.

Congrats! Future reference: Youtube is the place to go to see cats with paper bags on their head... NOT for wii hacking.
