    Normal method here is to install IOS60patched.wad and System Menu v450.wad in that order, followed by Preloader again as it will be uninstalled by fresh System Menu.
    Not really doing much Wii stuff these days.

    You said you have 4.1E, the correct System menu is v450(PAL), if you install v449 (USA)it will semi-brick your Wii.

    Time to read up then. We get thousands of new members here every dayso I can't spend my limited time with just one person.

    Install them using Wad manager in the order I have already given.

    Download IOS60 from my mediafire IOS60patched.rar

    Download v450 from my mediafire 4.1E-RVL-WiiSystemmenu-v450.wad - 4.1, Europe, PAL

    big error message

    i understand that I am talking a lot of your time.but I am in serious need please help

    I followed your steps as below
    1.copied IOS60patched.wad, System Menu v449.wad(sorry for the typo before but my system menu is 4.1U usa version) and boot.dol (wad manager) on to the root of sd card.

    2.in the preloader I selected load/install file and boot.dol shows up, so i selected it and hit A. the install was good.

    3.Now i selected installed file in preloader menu , so wad manager shows up and asks for conormation and the i selected the sd card and hited A .now i get an error message "Exception (DSI) occurred! GPR00 ....... bla ...bla ...bla...
    STACK DUMP: 800051dc-->...
    CODE DUMP:
    8000051dc:.... bla .... bla...bla...

    Try a different version of Wad manager. There are around 4 in my mediafire (click sig - apps folder), 1.4, 1.4Mod and 1.5 and 1.5MOD

    Failing that you may have issues with cIOS which just complicates things.

    If it is the cIOS then running TBR again should work for you. http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...0-4-1-wii.html

    You'll need to use the Load/Install file function to launch the required boot.dol files. You've done this procedure before when you modded initially but maybe it didn't work properly.
