Angry Fatal Error! Problem w/ WBFS Manager (log included)

Because of Wii's limited memory I am wanting to play games via USB/HDD (Seagate FreeAgent Go)... Per the tutorials, after preparing the HDD as instructed creating 1 partion delegating it primary and active; reassigning drive letter to :"Z", I ran the WBFS Manager 3.0 but as soon as I clicked the drop-down menu to change drive from :C to :Z a Fatal Error window popped up every time I try it. Before I got in to this, I actually thought when I installed Neogamma r6 I could just select the "load game from USB" menu option. Also will be using the GX-UNEO USB Loader if this thing ever works! I've been at this for days w/ no luck and I'm tired of it . Here's some specs and the copied log if anyone is able to decipher it. I am just days old it this and much of this is a bit over my head...I hope someone can help! In the meantime I am going to find out if it's truly possible to play PAL on NTSC since changing regions/configs in Neo doesn't do much good...

*I just noticed that :Z drive is now labeled as Local :Z drive (along w/ my original Local :C drive) after I prepared it...and when I click on its properties the memory capacity, free and used space is zero. Don't know if that has any thing to do w/ it?

Specs: Updated to v4.2 firmware with Homebrew; cios38 rev14 w/ Neogamma r6. OS: XP Media Center

Perhaps you start from scratch with your HDD.
Make sure you download the latest WBFS manager.
Format the drive, primary and active.
    Then format with WBFS.

This should be straight forward, if it is not, there may be a hardware fault, try using a SD card, low cost may prove something.

    Don't give up.

    Try this
Right click on my compluter and click manage, or goto control panel- administative functions- computer management

In computer management select disk management. Find you hd and right click, delete the partition. Now make a new partition, but under the option choose not to format it.

Now open up wbfs manager and select your drive letter- it can be any letter you don't need to assign one. Click format from within the wbfs manager.

If that gives you trouble you can also format on the wii, plug the drive into the outer usb port and open up usbloader, it should prompt you to format the drive.
