on alot of pal games i'm unable to force it to ntsc 480i using NeoGamma.

is there a program that will change it? is there another loader that is better for playing pal?

What do you mean your unable to force NTSC? It doesn't give you the option? And what version of NeoGamma are you running?

I do what i can . Try going down a notch and getting NeoGamma r7. And when you mean does not work, it does what it usually does if you don't force [ie. black and white constantly scrolling]? And what games are not working? You may want to try the Vid Patch as well.

I'm trying to find a r7 to download and try, do you know a safe link?

when i force it to go ntsc 480i, i still get the black and white flashing screen, sometimes my wii just reboots.

You could try using USB Loader GX, there is an option to boot from CD [never tried this myself, but anything is worth a try] you can find it here:

    Downloads (USB Loader GX)

But i'm not sure if this is going to fix your problem. If any MOD or other qualified person reads this post, please drop your 2 cents off on this one.

Only other piece of advice i have for you is to track down a copy of the game from your own region [i know not much of an answer, but really at this point...only one i got]

You could also try using Geck OS.
