    Paying for Games Downloads help?

Hi all, wonder if you can give me some pointers?

At the moment, I use standard torrent sites like mininova, isohunt, etc, and as you all know, they take an age to download and i have come across quite a few bad ones!!

I have been looking to subscribe to a site for a monthly or yearly premium as I don't mind payong for good, fast downloads, but know some of these can be a con.

Can anyone suggest some sites that are not a con??!!

If you are going to pay, pay for usenet access. Otherwise don't pay for anything. Only download good torrents with lots of seeders and good comments.

Read this for usenet- Newsgroup Reviews

For usenet try to find unlimited ssl encryption- like supernews

You could also look into some torrent sites, such as bitsoup, demonoid [down at the moment], bitgamer, ntorrents, blackatsgames. You have to catch a lot of these sites at the right times, as their signups are usually closed and only open once a month to once a year.

It is usenet, not torrents. Read up on usenet, it is non peer to peer.

Oh dear, now I do feel silly

I hope I'm correct in thinking it will speed up the rate of my downloads by subscribing? I think thats what I can gather?

If you provider offer unlimited speed and downloads and your isp does not throttle you, you will max out your connection speed with usenet. Also it is not peer to peer so no worries about the distribution of pirated material. SSL will stop anyone from monitoring what your downloading- it is important and will usually stop throttling from isp.

I don't really understand how usenet works so think I will abort that idea, lol. But thanks anyway. As for the other suggestions that have been posted, I can't gain access to any of them so will just have to keep searching the web.

Any more suggestions will be greatly appreciated?!!
