    Semi-brick...I think...HELP

Ok. So I followed the post here: http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html
    and softmodded my wii.

For some reason my wii tried to update today...maybe the kids did it. Anyway the internet froze halfway through and when it went to start up again I got the message:

There is an important update to v1.30
    SetUID failed!

I can scroll through the menus but don't know what to do from here.

    It also says IOS v60
    Systemmenu v0
    Preloader v0.29

    Help

What system menu where you on, 4.1?
You will need to launch wadmanager with preloader
Reinstall ios60patched- if you were on 4.1
Reinstall system menu 4.1- if you were on 4.1, download using NUS

    ios then menu

    I was on 4.0u

    The screen says
    Systemmenu
    Homebrew Channel
    Installed File

    Load/Install File
    Systemmenu Hacks
    Settings

    Update

Then what is posted above in my first post

    I think it's the pre-loader menu

Ios60patched can be found in this modpack, taken from th 3.1-4.1 guide below. You probably already have this file on your sd card.

    here is system menu 4.0u
    Ipsa scientia potestas est.

    Put those two wads into
    sdcard:/wads

    Put wadmanager boot.dol file in
    sdcard:/

Boot to preloader with sdcard in wii
    select load file
    should start wadmanager
    use ios249
    navigate to sdcard wads
    install ios60patched
    install system menu 4.0u
    That should fix it.

You will need to reinstall preloader when your finished, it will be removed when system menu is reinstalled.

    Never unistall these files.
