Red face Removing doubles of channels? (neogamma and homebrew)

Hey guys newb here! I had previously had negamma and homebrew installed then went crazy and tried Cisocorp (since removed) then installed step by step by the guide from this site (was on 3.3u, downgraded to 3.2u first) becuase the Cisocorp made my homebfew channel black screen.. Wow what i mess i made.. But now i have the hackmii stuff installed on boot2 or whatever and have preloader installed, my home brew works, I still cant make the one disc i want to work actually play (on rails shooter fairly new just WILL NOT Run, black screen every single time, tried all sorts of DVD+R and DVD-R, when Cisocorp was installed and the disc channel read it it at least knew the disc had an update cuz it wanted me to update from the disc, so i dont believe its a bad burn, i just dont know which of the 10 millinon IOS i need to make it run cuz its just not gonna, so i give up on that...)

ANYWAYS to the point, I now have 2 homebrew channels and 2 Neogamma channels, i'd prefer to clean this up but dont know a safe way to do it? Can i do it from the wii regular menu and just delete the channels? or will that leave residule program files in the wii's memory? Whats the easiest way to get rid of my doubles of these channels?

If anyone wants to go above the call of duty, what can i do to make this stupid disc run? My other disc (little mac) works JUST fine, but not this rail shooter,, hell no, it just WILL NOT RUN.. frustrating as hell .. constant black screens every time just after a green flash. why cant it work?

I installed via the guide to the letter and everything seems to be back to normal for now.. Thanks for any suggestions at removing these extra channels! I'd like to get any double code removed as well if these things are actually installed twice..

You can go under data management and remove them or just move them to your sd card

Maybe http://wiibrew.org/w/images/8/8c/AnyTitle_Deleter_ could help remove all traces of previous installs of duplicate channels here.
