The extermination of the evil stub ios249

I am having trouble removing The extermination of the evil stub ios249, i have installed hbc and when i come to remove it in wad manager it doesn't gives me errors like 4001 ,1007 ,1007 can any1 give me any advice on how to remove this please.

How did you install bootmii? As boot2 or as an IOS?

think it was ios how would i tell?

If you see the fancy BootMii menu when you power up your Wii, it is installed as boot2. If you can only access BootMii through the homebrew channel, then it is IOS.

You edited your first message so for your updated message, are you on system menu version 4.2? I assume you are following the 4.2 guide. When do you get the errors, when WAD manager tries to uninstall or when it tries to load WAD manager?

sorry mate i get you now, yes i am on 4.2e and yes it is on ios36 i do believe, the only way to access wad manager is through hbc

and it is when it tries to uninstall them, it comes up with athe errors

For step B5, have you tried different options like it shows with IOS36, IOS249, 250, etc?

i think 5 as it takes five steps to get to that point

I think what i meant was, when WAD Manager starts up, which IOS is selected? before you press A to continue? Step B5 of the guide says to try other IOS' if IOS36 doesn't work.
