ok i'm new at these so please be patient with me. I installed everything to softmod my wii but when it got to the point of chenging the systemmenu hacks i noticed there is only three options on my and on the instructions there is lots more. I redid everything and I know i did it correct but i still have only the first 3 options please help i'm new and need a very detailed explanation. thanx in advanced from me and my kids,
You may be confusing the Preloader menu with the Preloader system hacks within that menu. You are probably referring to Preloader hacks. The softmod tutorial states that the only hacks you need are the "skip disc update check" and the region free ones. Well i'm talking about the one that appears when u hold down the reset botton while powering on. i only get the three first options. when my friends gets like ten.
The preloader menu should have about 6 items as I recall. That is the menu that comes up when you hold down the reset button while powering on: system menu, HBC, installed file, load or install file (I think), system menu hacks, and settings. If you only have three items they had better be HBC, system menu hacks, and settings if not better re-install.
I haven't seen the preloader.30 so I don;t know if the menu is different. The one I described is preloader.29.
