Since you're on 3.2, you should be able to go straight to Step 5 and select wad install which does not require internet
ok i found out i do have a cIOS but its not that 1, i remember because i had to do something before i could install a backuplauncher on homebrew channel. lol
so does that mean i dont need to downgrade?
no need to downgrade
just need to cIOS38r14 installer select IOS36 as the one it should use and then select wad install.
ahh i think im gettin it. i got that installer with wad files, so now i just run it through homebrew channel right?

then it should read the latest wii games and neogamma 6 or 7 will work right?
sorry for all the questions, its alot diffrent from psp and i dont wanna brick my wii.
oh yeah and whats preloader?
NeoGamma7 will help with the latest games but each game uses its own IOS
if a game fails to work let me know what it is Ill find you the IOS you need and you just install it using WAD MANAGER.
but for the moment "most" of your games "should" work for now. :)
