Read tutorials, faq (broken link), etc.
And I'm a REAL noob.
Not a tech noob mind you, far from it, but I simply am not in the groove with all the acronyms, methods, hardware, etc.
My goal: Grab torrents (errr backups) and play them on my Wii since I bought it for my wifes young brother, he never played it, and it sits there gathering dust.
From what reading I have done, seemed the Wiikey (in particular the new Wiifusion key thingy coming out at the end of this month) seemed great, but now I see that a SoftMod might be the better way to go.
Can someone please tell me which of the two (is that too general of a question?) would work best for your average game found via torrents?
Thanks in advance.
i originally got a wasabi zero for the 6x read speed, but now that usb loaders are out that is the hotness....
Or i would suggest waiting/pre-ordering the wode READ UP/ GET IT HERE!!!!!!!!!
all you need is right HERE!!!!!
dont forget to introduce yourself HERE!!!!

Thanks for the quick reply. I really don't want to spend $100+ for something that already has not had much value for us.
But if I can get a bunch of sports and family games as a result, at least we'll get the value out of this thing
I guess I'll read up more on softmods and just take a chance. Ty.
