Desperately need y'alls help!

I'm having to send my wii in for repairs and need to return it to factory settings. I was in the middle of doing this following a tutorial when I left the room. My husband thought he was helping and reformatted the wii. Now it comes up to the following black screen:

load systemmenu
load HBC
load installed File
install/load File
settings

IOS v30
Systemmenu v209 preloader v0.27



I know there's a way to fix this, but am unsure as to how to go about doing it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
