3.4 to 4.0

Hello all, long time reader first time poster.

Well i have installed HB twice so far back when 4.0 was the latest system menu. I have another wii, but this time it has 3.4 on it. Is there anyway to install 4.0 without going to 4.1 or 4.2? I have checked around the forums and found a lot very usefull, but nothing to answer my specific question.

When you get to the stage in your softmodding where you would update the FW-go here to download the wad file for sysmenu 4.0U: System menu-NTSC-U-v417.rar.

If your Wii is not 3.4U then please post back with your region code 3.4E? and I will provide the appropriate link for you.

So im gonna use the bannerbomb method with the hackmii installer, then afterwards, im going to use wadmanager to install 4.0?

Just making sure i got it right before executing. and yes the system is 3.4u

Use Bannerbomb to install hackmii, install HBC, install cIOS, use Wad Manager to install sysmenu 4.0U

ya knew about the cios just forgot to mention it, thanks for the help.
