Installing Homebrew for Wii 4.2u

I'm having an issue with trying to install homebrew on my Wii. My wii has upgrade 4.2. I go to bootmi.org, download hackmii v0.6 and download vs from bannerbombs website. I extract both to my sd card, and out boot.elf into the root of the sd card.

When I load up my wii, and go into wii options, data management, wii channels and SD card, instead of the load boot.elf/dol pop up, it freezes. I've tried everything I can to get it to NOT freeze.

Can anyone tell me why its doing this?

you need to press the SD Menu in the main menu when using a 4.2! 4.0/4.1 require you to go into the Wii Options.
