    encryption of motion plus

Hi, everybody. I am working on the motion plus. I want to do a device to simulate the motion plus. So,I need know the protocol and the encryption during I2C communication. First, Wii-remote will ask Motion plus 16bytes data, then Wii-remote send a byte to motion plus. Wii-remote will receive 16 bytes data from motion plus. Has anyone worked out the encryption? May give me any hints? thanks in advance.

this is the best i could find for you the actual chip that does the sensing inside the wiimotion plus is called a IDG-600 Integrated Dual-Axis Gyroscope
    made by IvenSense

    InvenSense: Products: IDG 600

still trying to find the cryptography the device uses tho....

Thank you! I have done a device which is similar to motion plus.
I used IDG-650 as Dual-Axis Gyroscope. Now, my "motion plus" can connect the wii-remote and run correctly. But the wii-remote often asks "motion plus" the encryption through I2C protocol. So, my "motion plus" can't enter game mode sometimes.

Thanks! in addation, do you have the source code of the wii console? I mean it build in the wii's nand flash. It's said, we may know the encryption if we study out the source code.
