Hello there ....In order to get the 0000008a.app,what you need to do is start up the nus dowloader you have. You will see two empty fields(boxes) at the top of the page. These fields are for title id/version number(V).In the first field you need to type 0000000100000002(I belive this is the nintendo server). In the second field(the one marked v)you will need to type the number relevent to your system menue version(region). For pal systems running on 4.2E this will be 482 once you have done this you will need to tick the check box that says pack wad(important that you do this),it is at the bottom of the nus dowloader screen. Now you start the download, this can take a little while somtimes so be patient. When the download is finished you should have a file(in nus downloader folder)mine was called 0000000100000002v482 Inside this file you will find a number of other files one of which is a sytem menue wad, mine was called Rvl-wiiSystemmenue-v482.wad Now you need to unpack the wad.I used this Wad Packer and Unpacker.rar There is a read me file included. It will tell you how to unpack your wad(very easy).....Once you have unpacked the wad file another file will be created it will be named also as a bunch of numbers, mine was 0000000100000002 Inside this file you will find a number of smaller files one of these files will have a number one(1) at the end of it,rename this file(again the one with a 1 on the end)to 0000008a.app and there you have it...your base app "0000008a.app" Hope this helps.Pg.
