Question Installing Bannerbomb - Your SD card can't be used

    Hello,

I'm trying to install bannerbomb but apparently the Wii cannot recognize cards greater than 2.0 GB. I only have access to a 4GB MicroSDHC card using an SD card adapter, and a USB memory stick.

I was wondering if there's a way to still install bannerbomb?

    Thanks

you will need to get a different card, most people use 1gb or 2gb SD (sandisk). 4GB SDHC for example is usually a fail.

I thought it was my card as well but I was trying to install the wrong version of bannerbomb for my wii software (4.2u)

I got the wife to grab all sorts of memory sticks & card readers lastnight..Cause origonally the wii would not read the 4gb Sandisk SDHC but now for some odd reason it will read all of the ones she bought 2gb sd/ 4gbsdhc/8gb sdmini

Format your 4g SDHC card to fat32 find the correct version of bannerbomb that suits your wii software & you should be golden...

    Good Luck

i am using a 32 gig SDHC sandisk card [for VC games and homebrew] with no problems [used a 4 non-SDHC gig card on system 4.1 to install bannerbomb] and a 2 gig non-SDHC card to hold my BootMii files and NAND backup [for brick protection] but this also depends on what version of System Menu your using.
