Updating Question

Hi there everyone, i have a question and i know you guys can help :D

My wii has been softmodded for a while now and i know im being a little cautious but i was wondering about updating it.

i should point out that it is the following.

3.2e firmware
cios rev14
usbloader gx latest
cios 55 (for wii channels)
starfall (disk update skip ect.)

so i was wondering should i put anything else on like pre-loader? update to 4.1e? or should i leave alone?

the reason i ask is because hopefully i will have the wiimotion's soon and i know there were problems with wii sports resort.

any advise greatly appreciated.

You have a similar system to mine.
There are only a couple of reasons to upgrade to 4.1. The ability to run games from the new SDHC cards. Also customise the look of your menu.
For these reasons I wouldn't upgrade.
Extras you could get are,
Bootmii, if your wii is pre late 2008 you may get boot2 which is the best restore you can have.
I think Preloader and starfall can't coexist, choose one or the other, as you have starfall stick with that.
My Player CE for watching movies, requires DVDx aswell.

I would stick with 3.2e as I have. You can also customise your menu etc with a 3.2e wii, I especially like a program called wiihome.
You will get resort working by first booting from the alternate dol, check guides (forums.) After that it will work.

I will stick with 3.2e until I need to update, which maybe needed for future games.
