USB Loader stopped working after adding 2 more backups to the drive...Help

so this morning i had 4 backups on the drive and they were working perfectly. i then pulled the drive out, plugged it into my computer and added 2 more backups using WBFS manager ... that went fine. i plugged hard drive back into the wii and load usb loader and it loads with just blank white screen. i can move the pointer around and it shows up but thats it. what happened?

if i take the hard drive and plug it back into the computer WBFS manager shows all the games on there just fine. or it will decide to act like there is no hard drive plugged in when the light is on and blinking

I had a hard drive once that when you moved it from PC to Wii the light would come on te HDD but would not communicate, I had to push the connector really home on the HDD each time I moved it.

The USB connector that plugs into the HDD was coming out slightly, it would powerup the drive, but would not communicate with the Wii. I had to push it home only about 0.5mm for it to be seen by either the PC or Wii.
