For me I use it like the following:

    USB/GameCube/GameID/GameID.iso

    Example using Wind Waker:

    USB/GameCube/GZLE01/GZLE01.iso

If I spelled something wrong, I'll just blame it on auto-correct

    Try F:\Games\GM4E01\game.iso

Also, make sure you've set CFG Loader to show your GCN games.

Are you trying to use Dios Mios or Devolution? I think the latter may have flexible file names, but the former MUST be in the usb:/games/GameID/game.iso format.

    Post a SysCheck.

See the link in my signature.

Note that you have to have your USB drive formatted as FAT32 with 32k clusters. For tips on how to verify how it is formatted and how to format it correct, see the Dios Mios and FAT32 guides, also linked in my signature.
