Ca Modded Wii -- too many programs?

We had our Wii modded. Then awhile back I updated or something but for some reason only some games work -- Original Just Dance works but Original Wii sports doesn't.
I think I have too much stuff and it is conflicting maybe? We have had the same stuff for awhile but something has changed.

I would like to start from scratch and removed ALL modded stuff and put something current on -- BUT the catch is I am not that tech savvy when it comes to this Originally someone modded it for me but I was able to follow some direction on here in 2010 where I added the neogamma -- no issue until recently.

I have on my main screen

    Wii Backup Launcher
the homebrew channel (where we used Gecko)
    Neogamma

then just the Mii, forecast, news, netflix etc.

Can I do this without messing up my whole thing?!

Also I just put the SD card in my computer and it said something about problems with some files -- so maybe I am just missing a key file that makes it work??

Please help a girl out!! My kids neeeeeed their Wii

Going through our Softmod Any Wii guide in full will overwrite everything in the system so it should play all disk-based games as if it is on a non-modded updated system, plug be able to access any other homebrew apps and features that you would want (USB Loading, etc).

The guide is linked in my signature.

You will want to do everything in chapter 2: ModPack, IOS Update, Shop Channel.

Menu to 4.1 is optional if you have 4.x already, but if you have 3.x, you should install it, then install priiloader and configure as recommended by the guide.

Dont' just do chapter 2, though. Do everything from the top. Chapter 3 will give you current apps to run in HBC.

Thanks! I formatted my SD card and homebrew is still on my Wii

Mine is 4.3u -- 4.3 wiis can skip installation of ios58 and 61, and simply load Hackmii from the HBC.
So my question is since my card is out and formatted do I still go ahead and install through HBC?

Seems ok however I have a backup disc that worked once and now I am getting and Error -- The disc could not be read. Refer to the wii operations manual for details.
Originals work fine -- Loading through Neogamma.
