    i use usb loader gx and have tried using usb configurable loader which doesnt do anything

    His syscheck shows d2x-v7finals instead of v8finals.

    He should go through Softmod Any Wii again to get it current.

    True, but drive compatibility actually decreased with v8. If it worked with v7 then v8 wouldn't change the compatibility.

    @snowbunny, reseat all usb cables and reaffirm they are plugged into the correct ports (port closest to edge on the Wii). Also, as nightstah said have you tried checking the drive on your PC to make sure everything is readable?

    i plug it into my pc and the usb blinks and sounds as if its loading but nothing pops up

    As nightstah said, maybe the drive is bad. Or possibly the usb cable? Try a different cable. If same result then your drive may have taken a humpty on you, in which case you should consult the mfg of the drive or just get a new one.
