    iPod as a hard disk

Hi, I have a problem with my iPod, I want it to use as a hard drive, but when I run Wii Flow (only with that loander it works) and choose the game, it crashes with black screen, probably it's coused by iPod becouse it is ejecting and I think it can't read data from this. Do you know what should I do?
    Sorry for my poor English.

Loaders need it formatted as WBFS (not recommend), NTFS, or FAT32 (most recommended).

iPods set up to work like a USB device are none of the above (exFAT, most likely), so will not work the way you want it to.

I believe wiiflow does recognize exfat. The only way this will work though is if the op sets the partition as active, as per the instructions in the thread I linked. And even then its a long shot lol

Yep, this question comes up once a year. Real solution can be found above, in post #2 (the prices nowadays this simply is the straight dope talking).

I agree, when it comes to a use like this (being used for games on a console) an external hard drive is simply the way to go. I'm don't know why people still insist on using large SDHC card, iPods and other things. Perhaps a lack of funds, but you can get a decent HDD with a good amount of space for $50 - $60 these days. A local Walmart where I live has a 500gb Toshiba (USB powered) for $50. Great for a Wii (not a Wii U though).

If I spelled something wrong, I'll just blame it on auto-correct
