First, don't hijack someone else's thread. Start your own. Since I've done that for you, can you be more specific?

Have you modded your system using our guide?

Have you prepared your hard drive using our guide?

If the answer to either of those questions is no, then check out the Softmod Any Wii and/or FAT32 guides linked in my signature.

You'll need a WBFS manager to extract the games and then put them on the new drive. You should use FAT32 and Wii Backup Manager. We have a FAT32 guide (it's in llaffer's signature) and you can get Wii Backup Manager pretty easily with a google search (if it's not in any of our guides).

Of course you could also very easily just install the games to the new HDD using your retail discs, that would probably save time and effort.

If I spelled something wrong, I'll just blame it on auto-correct

We do have a guide for setting up hard drives actually. It was right in laffer's signature like he and I both told you:

Here's the problem: llaffer already asked you for details as to your problem here in this thread. For some unknown reason you provided the specifics as to your issue in a different thread. Had you provided those here, you would have been given that same answer. Llaffer did exactly as he should have and closed the other thread, specifically because having multiple places across the site about the same issue confuses not only those trying to help, but those who may run across the same problem in the future and are looking for an answer. No one was being rude, you failed to follow instructions. Furthermore, by your adamancy about no guide for HDD formatting being on the site when it was explicitly laid out for you, it leads me to believe that even though you ask for help, you only want it if it fits your set of criteria. That's not how a forum works. You cant ask experienced people questions and expect anything less than straightforward answers.

Anyhow, the answer to your problem is in all the above posts. Follow those instructions and you will be fine.

    Thread closed.
