Your current apps will be fine. If you have the app stored on your SD card, then back up the data before using it. Restore the data when done. If you use the apps from USB, then they won't go anywhere in the process.

There is no "SD card-free" modding method. They all require the use of SD card in one form or another.

i'm reading 32 GB SD or SDHC will work on the mod of homebrew, is this true? in that case all i need is the reader.

    It "might" work.

The further away you get from what we recommend, the lower the chances of compatibility and success. The hackmii installer itself is pretty picky about the media used.

I've heard of 32gig cards working, I've heard of them not working.

I've used a 4gig myself to try it out and it worked. I've seen 2 gig cards still fail and when he tried another 2 gig card, it started working.

You can try it. If it works, great, if not, you'll have to track down an older card, such as this one from Amazon for under $6.50 (plus shipping if you are not a Prime member) http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...&tag=vgtr06-20

Looks like that you've not done anything yet. You have DarkCorp installed, which we do not recommend, so when you get to Chapter 2 of our guide, be sure to include the IOS Update content to clean that up.

Ok, I remod the wii. Thought everything was good till this morning when the blue light in the DVD drive was going nuts, keep in mind I turned it off last night.
Now my games do not work. I get a bad copy message.
