    Problems with Loaders

I originally modde my wii with Letterbomb and Wiiflow and CFG worked. Then the next time I went to use them they stopped working, so I installed USB Loader GX. That worked. But in my quest to make to the other 2 work I screwed things up. I tried to resoftmod with MODMII since it says that it overwrites all existing files and updates and replaces the files that you need. This made things worse. Where I am now is I have CFG USB with a meta xml with m224load just to get CFG to load. It will not load IOS 249. and it will not run from a forwarder. My goal is to have USB loader GX 3.0 back and working since most games were working on that with a forwarder channel. I have a 2tb drive with a fat32/wbfs/ntfs partition that was on the compatability list. A syscheck is attached. Thank you for any help. Also, at this point would it just be worth it to do a nand restore?

So don't support other mods or guides besides our own. So if you want support from us, you should start out by going through our Softmod Any Wii guide. The end of the guide includes an app pack with recent versions of GX, WiiFlow, and CFG.

If you're trying to use the GX 3.0 that was release last May, it's VERY old.

We also recommend that you pick one partition and go with it. NTFS works fine for Wii games. If you want GameCube loading to go along with that through Dios Mios or Devolution, you will have to have FAT32 with 32k clusters. We have guides to show you how we recommend you format NTFS and FAT32, including how to install games after you've formatted your drive.

Using the latest versions of our guides (all guides mentioned above are linked in my signature, in addition to the latest versions of loaders) with the latest (or at least current) version of the apps, that should help.

If I do the softmod again with your version does it just overwrite everything else?

Yes. Include the IOS Update content and it will do a full overwrite of all important IOS and cIOSs to what we recommend.

I also noticed that you had HBC 1.1.2 installed. We don't recommend people use 1.1.2 for Wii as any features after 1.1.0 is meant for Wii U's vWii. You may want to find the 1.1.2 installer and use it to uninstall HBC first, then use our guide and files to install 1.1.0.

Hi. I redid the softmod with your guide and all went smooth. Went to 4.1U. Priloader 8. Formatted Drive to Fat32/ntfs. Wiiflow works but doesn't keep partition information. CFG lets me choose my partition but does not save it. and usb loader gx will not initialize drive. I would like to get USB loader gx to work as some games only work with that. Attached is a new syscheck:
