Gone for six years, I'm back and I forgot everything. LOL

So, I haven't changed anything with the wii in six years or so. It's a softmod. After getting a new iso and putting it on the hd via a program I got called WBFS Manager 3.0, the game is in black and white. I think that means that it might be Pal and I need north america. I recall patching the iso's. I have a hard drive that I've deleted some iso's and want to add more. At first I had a 002 error but there was a setting in the wii to fix that. I see nothing on the wii settings to get rid of this region error. I've download several patching programs but they wont read the iso's I'm a bit lost as you can see. Can any one point me in the right direction?

Just pop the disc in your Wii and install the games with your USB Loader
That way they will go on correctly.

That...That is highlighted above was a simple fix...All you had to do was change the setting's in your loader, to force it to your region (NTSC).

    EDIT:Re-Rip the Game.

    By the way ...Six Years???
You need to follow the link at the bottom of my signature, the Soft Mod Any Wii Guide.
Follow the whole guide through , read everything a couple of times before proceeding.

I know it's been a while. You see I gave this Wii to some kids in need, and I caught up with them and they ask for more games. I have a ps3 with a hand full of games. I'm just not into it as much as I was when i was a kid. So, any help would be great.

I changed the country setting in Loader and I saw the same thing. (a moment of black and white screen then "Can't open BigFile")

Can we try to use wbfs manger?

Wow. What a set of instructions! Well, I did them and the newer .iso's work fine. There is something I don't think the set of instructions addressed. I need a wad manager to install wads on to wii. If I were to find and dl this, would it hurt me current new set up? Do you know of a better program to install wads from sd to wii?

WiiMod is the successor to wad manager.

That's good to know. I looked for Wiimod in homebrew channel. I didn't see it. I recall installing it. I beleave it was in the set of instructions, however, it states to format the sd card so I don't know where it is.

I loaded "wad manager". I loaded a few .wads and it wouldn't load any more. At the main menu it stated that the memory was full, so I had to delete a wad. Ever thing seems ok now, I'm just back at square one wanted to put more wads on and no way to do it without making the memory full or having the knowlege where wiimod is and how to use it.

I have to admit after doing all those insturctions I've come a long way. All that is left for me to do is the paragraph above and somehow install picture for the games.

If you have a big enough SD card 8gb's all the way up to 32gb's you can just transfer all those wad games , to the Sd Card, and everytime you want to play one of those games ...it will load it up from said directory.
Also, you can use the Emulated nand process, which in turn... will make your nand as big as the SD/Usb device , in which you are using...Have a look at this link--> WiiFlow Emulation Guide

Now for downloading the covers to the iso/games...if you have online services for your wii, then all you have to do is download the covers through the Usb Loader/s you are using or you can use the computer and download them from Here and add them manually to your SD/USB device.
