    [Request] Boot directly into Gamecube

I'm not super up to speed on the homebrew scene and I've been looking everywhere for an answer, but I think my problem might just be a bit too specific. I need my Wii to boot directly into gamecube mode (or at least let me use the gamecube pad to launch the gamecube disk, as far as I know this isn't possible), does preloader or bootmii or anything else allow you to boot straight into gamecube without having to use a wiimote in any way?

Basically with the Wii U out and hogging the sensor bar, it's become annoying to switch it on to use the sensor bar with the Wii to launch GC games (I would use an actual gamecube, but scart looks terrible through my LCD and I can't get a component lead for the GC).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think the simplest answer would have it boot directly into a loader using priiloader. I do this for my kids Wii. From there, you can use the GC controller to go thru library (GC or Wii) and launch using GC controller only.

(someone can check me on this but I think that) if you have your MIOS factory, you should be able to insert a GC disc and launch it using GC controller. Alternatively, DiosMios or DML will allow you to put on HD or SD respectively, which imho is more gooder.

Yeah that would be the best method since USB loaders support the gamecube controller. You do that with priiloader right?

You can't do it other wise because the wii System menu does not support the gamecube controller, you have to select the disc channel and start the game with a wii controller(or classic controller).

I have a sensor bar hooked up to both systems in my setup, if both systems are on it will cause some weirdness but I usually just turn one of them backwards. Alternatively I have a wireless sensor bar as well.
