    Super Paper Mario

I tried playing this game on my modded system using both 248 and CFG's "AUTO" (which I think it was 249).

Both gave me the normal splash screens up until it had me hold the remote on its side. Then it gave me nothing but black and I had to hold POWER for 5 seconds to shut it down.

Usually a "Bad image black screen" gets a black screen right away, not after three splash screens. So I don't think that's the issue.

Is there a specific cIOS I should be trying to run the game under? I'll try to find my disk in storage to rerip the disk in case that's it, but in the mean time, is there something else that I should be trying?

    Thanks.

I know it loaded for my kids, but other than that I really couldn't say. I think it's on the USB HD (I typically use GX, and the kids use it or Neo Gamma). Want me to go see?

    That would help greatly. thanks

I tried it in GX using my default settings and I got the same thing, so it's either running from the wrong cIOS, or I have to rerip.

cIOS base 56 aka slot 249 on USB Loader GX, Neo Gamma. WiiFlow loads fine, but for the life of me I have no idea what cIOS (says auto load cIOS: on type thing). I almost universally use 249 (although trouble-some dual layer sometimes behave better on Hermes 222).

Iso tools reports that it runs on IOS17, which means 56 should work just fine.

Ok. I'll have to dig my disk out of storage and rerip it. Thanks.
