DMTool Box should have handled it properly, the ISOs are named properly and in the correct locations required by Dios Mios.

You may want to try ripping the game discs with USB Loader GX and see if it works.

Oops, sorry...half asleep here. I looked at the wrong post lol. Anyway, as I said, try installing the discs using USB loader and see if that works. Another method is to rip them with CleanRip and copy the ISO manually (not run it through a program) to the correct folder.

Yes, it is possible to uninstall Dios Mios, however, if you plan to just reinstall it anyway then that would be a wasted effort. Just reinstall it and the old one will be overwritten.

If Dios Mios is still giving you problems, I recommend looking into Devolution.

Ok, I bypassed the error. For whoever need this is how I did:

Used GCMM: https://code.google.com/p/gcmm/ which is an app to backup memory cards saves, backupped in .raw.
Downloaded Dolphin (not Dolwin) loaded the first disc and overwritten the .raw in ...\Dolphin-win-x64-v3.5-367\User\GC (rename it as the real raw in the folder, if there isn't any, just load the game once and the reload after the change)
Loaded my saves, did the last mins of the first disc, and saved in the first savepoint found.
Took the .raw and put as it is in the SD where are the backups.
Loaded GCMM on Wii and reastored that .raw.
Loaded the game from disc 2 ^-^ yay!
