uloader runs namco remix but not usb loader gx . Can anyone say why??

Namco Museum Remix runs on IOS - 21

game loads in uloader but just gives black screen in usb gx. Can any tell me why? and what I need to do to run it in usb-gx. I tried the typical slots I have installed
    ios 247 base 37 d2xv7
    cios 248 base 56 d2xv7
    cios 249 base 38 d2xv7
    cios 250 base 57 d2xv7

    usb-gx won't let me choose IOS-21

    thanks for any suggestions

Try updating your mod. If you still have v7's, you're out of date. Link to the Softmod Any Wii guide is in my signature.

Once you do that, if you try the latest CFG, you can tell it to run the game from IOS = Auto and it should auto-detect.

There is no cIOS based off of 21 that I know of, so it may be running off of something else? Other Namco Museum games based on what I found looks like runs on 33, but there is no cIOS based off of that either.

So, for now, try updating the mod using our guide, that might help by itself. If not, try CFG's Auto IOS feature.

I read in the posts that USB Loader GX loads only games between 200-250. Because this game runs off IOS21, is this why it does not work.

    Namco Museum Remix Title ID - 00010000524e3245 RN2E IOS - 21

Is there a way to install this ios under another ios with base 21? ....Still a newbie so this may not make sense..if so i apologize.

i also tried to change the ios in ios patcher to 249 but it did not help...
finally again as i said, it works in uloader but not usb loader gx

The latest version of GX has you enter the IOS to use like you were entering it into a keypad. If you try that, you might be able to enter "21".

Have you tried my CFG suggestion yet?

CFG is just a different USB loader. It will give you a list of IOS's to try to load off of as well, but if you are using the latest version of it and go all the way to the right, the option will be AUTO. Try that setting.

Uloader runs on Hermes cIOS (222-224). In GX (or CFG) change the load IOS to 222 (per llaffer's instructions) and try to load again. If that doessnt work try 223, then 224. One of them should work.
